FAQ

Everything You Need to Know.

From your first inquiry to the arrival of your vehicle, here are answers to the questions we hear most often.

01
How do I place an order?

We operate strictly on a build-to-order model and do not maintain physical stock. Simply share your vehicle specifications (make, model, year range, target mileage, and budget), and our team will source matching options, provide transparent itemized quotes, and manage the export process step by step.

02
How does payment work?

Payments are made via international bank wire transfer (Telegraphic Transfer / T/T) directly to our official corporate account in Japan. For our Bill-to-Bill service, invoices are issued and paid per stage (auction winning bid, inland transport, inspection, and ocean freight) within 3 business days of issue.

03
What if the vehicle doesn’t match its condition report?

Prior to shipping, every vehicle undergoes a thorough pre-export physical inspection and auction sheet verification. If a significant discrepancy is detected prior to export, we will pause shipping, notify you immediately, and resolve the matter directly with the auction house or seller on your behalf.

04
Which countries do you ship to?

We cover Oceania, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, the Caribbean, and Europe. If your country isn’t listed here, contact us — we may still be able to help.

05
What shipping method do you use?

We arrange RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off) and container shipping depending on the vehicle type and destination port.

06
Can I combine multiple vehicles in one shipment?

Yes — we offer container consolidation for dealers ordering multiple vehicles.

07
How do I understand a Japanese auction sheet?

We provide a translated, explained version of each auction sheet with your vehicle, so you know condition, mileage, and grading before you buy. Grades typically range from 3–3.5 (average condition) to 4–4.5 (good) and 5 (excellent/like new), with “R” or “RA” marking vehicles with prior accident repair.

08
Can I bid on auction vehicles myself, or do you bid for me?

We bid on your behalf using our licensed access to Japan’s auto auctions — individual overseas buyers generally can’t bid directly, as auction access is restricted to licensed Japanese dealers. You review the auction sheet and set your target price; we handle the bidding.

09
Do you offer support after the vehicle ships?

[Confirm — e.g. documentation help, dispute resolution, sourcing spare parts, etc.]
