WHAT IS BILL-By-BILL SERVICE?
Conventional exporters bundle expenses into a single lump-sum figure, masking true costs and supplier margins. Our Bill-by-Bill Service operates on complete operational visibility: you receive itemized, original invoices for every stage—auction winning bid, local transport, repairs (if requested), and export inspections. You pay actual costs directly as incurred, plus a single transparent service fee. No hidden markups. No padded expenses.
HOW IT WORKS
A simple, transparent process from auction to port.
Deposit
To begin, you place a deposit of at least 10% of the vehicle’s estimated value (you’re welcome to deposit more). This confirms your order and allows us to begin bidding on your behalf.
Auction Bidding
We share upcoming auction vehicles matching your requirements. Once you confirm which vehicle to pursue, we bid at auction.
Winning Bill Shared
Once the vehicle is won, we notify you immediately and share the actual auction bill.
Payment (3-Day Window)
Payment for each invoice is due within 3 business days of issue. Invoices remaining unpaid starting on day 4 will incur a standard 10% late payment charge on the outstanding balance.
Transport to Our Yard
We transport the vehicle from the auction house to our yard and share the transport bill for payment.
Repairs (if needed)
If the vehicle requires any repair work, we carry it out and share the repair bill separately.
Inspection & Pre-Shipping Transport
The vehicle moves toward the shipping yard and undergoes export inspection. You pay the bills covering inspection and transport up to the shipping yard.
Handover to Shipping Line
Once all bills are settled, we hand the vehicle over to the shipping company. From here, shipping costs to your destination port are arranged and paid by you directly.
Full Release
The vehicle is now 100% released to you, with a complete, transparent paper trail from auction to port.
